Our Team

 Rob Chilelli, Partner - Over 30 years diverse construction experience as a commercial painting contractor and business owner, commercial carpenter and residential/commercial construction project manager. Rob is the Operations Project Manager at GRB.  He is the proud father of 2 with 6 Grandchildren, ranging from 16 years to 3 years of age. Luckily, the entire family lives in the Denver area.

 James Moranor, Partner - James has been a construction guy his entire life - As a young man, he was a hod carrier on a stucco crew (really hard work, but loved it!), later as lead carpenter for a construction company specializing in insurance restoration repairs and renovation work. Eventually becoming a lead estimator/project manager in structural repair and disaster restoration. James has a Son, 16 years and a Daughter 11 years. As Estimator and Project Manager at GRB, James spends most of his time directing traffic at our projects.
